Craig manages the resources of the New York City office. Under his direction, project teams consistently deliver technically demanding rehabilitation solutions on time and within budget. Craig has over 25 years’ experience in building design, construction, and rehabilitation. He puts his architecture degree from the New York Institute of Technology to work as he and his staff address the complex building envelope challenges of America’s largest metropolitan area.

Craig holds the Registered Roof Consultant (RRC) designation from the International Institute of Building Enclosure Consultants (IIBEC), as well as the Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design Advanced Professional (LEED AP) credential from the United States Green Building Council (USGBC). He also earned certification from the Construction Specifications Institute (CSI) as a Construction Documents Technologist (CDT) and has completed thermal modeling coursework from Passive House Institute US (PHIUS). Active in the industry, Craig is also a member of the American Institute of Architects (AIA), Building Enclosure Council (BEC), National Council of Architectural Registration Boards (NCARB), National Institute of Building Sciences (NIBS), and the New York Landmarks Conservancy. Craig serves as a mentor to high school students interested in the design and construction industry through the ACE Mentor Program.
