Maureen J. Dobbins

Developing and maintaining client relationships is Maureen’s central responsibility. She oversees sales, business development, public relations, and marketing initiatives company-wide. Under her leadership, the business development and marketing team establishes connections, develops project strategies, explores new markets, and maintains active participation in industry organizations. Maureen holds an MBA in Marketing Management and Information Systems from Pace University.

Active in many industry organizations, often in a leadership capacity, Maureen is a member of the American Institute of Architects (AIA), APPA – Leadership in Educational Facilities, Building Owners and Managers Association (BOMA), Connecticut Building Congress (CBC), International Facility Management Association (IFMA), New England Healthcare Engineers Society (NEHES), Professional Women in Construction (PWC), Society for College and University Planning (SCUP), Society for Marketing Professional Services (SMPS), the Construction Institute, CoreNet, and the Real Estate Finance Association (REFA).

Outside the office, Maureen is a baseball mom and cooking enthusiast.
