Robert M. Fraguada, Assoc. AIA

Rob holds a Bachelor of Architecture degree with a minor in construction management from Pratt Institute, which affords him a pragmatic approach to the logistical and technical considerations of building enclosure projects. Drawing from his internship, educational, and freelance experience, as well as his extensive design software skills, Rob provides drafting, field work, and document development support to the New York office.

Rob has worked on more than 40 projects with Hoffmann, including restoration and replacement of facades, roofs, and historic windows, as well as water infiltration investigation and plaza rehabilitation. He is a member of the American Institute of Architects (AIA) and the Hoffmann Diversity and Inclusion Committee.

Outside the office, Rob is an avid photographer, and he shares his striking images of New York life and culture on his Instagram (@robfraguada). He is also fluent in Spanish and an accomplished soccer player.
