Lauren D. McCloskey
Contract and Proposal Coordinator
Lauren is responsible for collaborating with project architects and engineers to manage the proposal and contract process. In this role, she liaises with clients, senior management, and Hoffmann’s technical team to review and send out proposals, evaluate and track agreements, and maintain records of client contacts and proposal activity, from initial draft through executed agreement. For Hoffmann’s New York team, she also provides administrative support and oversees day-to-day operations to keep the office running smoothly.
With a degree in finance from Pennsylvania State University, Lauren has in-depth experience with contract support and documentation through her prior role at Naval Air Systems Command (NAVAIR), where she also served as an intern in the highly selective Business and Industry Trainee Program. Through AI-driven workflows she pioneered, Lauren streamlined the contract review process and provided accurate, on-point information that dramatically improved efficiency. Accustomed to collaborating across disciplines, she is adept at coordinating among internal teams, vendors, and consultants to deliver information that simplifies decision-making while supporting outcomes that satisfy stakeholders and fulfill project requirements.
At Hoffmann, Lauren brings advanced data management and organizational skills to her role shepherding projects through the agreement process, enabling work to move forward efficiently with documentation that supports a successful outcome.
In her free time, Lauren leads an active lifestyle, swimming, strength training, and taking long walks in nature. She grows her own vegetables and enjoys painting and photography. As a student at Penn State, she minored in Chinese language and has since built her Mandarin skills through travel to China.
