D. Teresa Epstein

In addition to overseeing the day-to-day operation of Hoffmann’s busy New York office, Teresa coordinates with project architects and engineers to manage the proposal and contract process. She liaises with clients, senior management, and Hoffmann’s technical team to review and send out proposals, evaluate and track agreements, and maintain records of client contacts and proposal activity, from initial draft through executed agreement. She manages documents with thorough attention and clear record-keeping, maintaining accurate and complete archives of project agreement documentation to facilitate efficient execution and project delivery.

In her free time, Teresa enjoys reading, collecting Snoopy and Woodstock memorabilia for her ever-growing collection, pursuing her goal of acquiring a signed Charles Schulz drawing, and spending time cruising.
