Describe what you would consider to be ONE of your top career highlights:
One of my top career highlights is becoming a shareholder at Hoffmann Architects, the youngest in company’s history. I am thankful for the opportunity that has allowed me to achieve a lifelong goal of mine.
What advice would you give the next generation of leaders in your industry?
My advice to the next generation of leaders is to be patient, humble, and most importantly inspiring. Great achievements take time, you never stop learning, and passion and vision are essential for success.
